These smoked meat platters come in two sizes.
Half Platter includes 1 Rack of Ribs, 1/2 pound of brisket, 1/2 pound of pulled pork, 1 pound of Smoked Wings, and your choice of two sides.
Full Platter includes Two racks of Ribs, 1 pound of Brisket, 1 pound of Pulled Pork, 2 pounds of Smoked wings, and your choice of two sides.
All expertly prepped, seasoned, and smoked by us! All you have to do is sit back, enjoy our smoked meat, and watch the big game – it’s so good it should be OUTLAWED!
