Come trim meats with us for the Montana Pitmaster Classic! Save your seat for our hands-on class where we’ll demonstrate how we trim all the competition meats.  Bring your own meat and knives to trim with us or join us to just observe.  Fifty percent of the proceeds will be donated to the Gallatin Valley YMCA.
