Ingredients
- chicken wings
- Montana Outlaw BBQ Chicken Rub
- Sriracha honey sauce recipe below
- Blues Hog Smokey Mountain BBQ Sauce
- Korean BBQ sauce
- Teriyaki sauce recipe below
Instructions
- Place wings in a bag and season with Montana Outlaw BBQ Chicken Rub. Seal and shake to coat with seasoning evenly.
- Smoke wings at 300° for 45 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 160°.
- Coat with the sauce of our choice and return to the smoker for approximately 10 minutes to set the glaze.
Sriracha Honey Wing Sauce
Ingredients
- 1/3 cup Sriracha
- 1/3 cup honey
- 1 tbsp rice vinegar
- 1/4 tsp sesame seed oil
Teriyaki Wing Sauce
Ingredients
- 1 cup water
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 cup soy sauce
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil
- 1/4 cup pineapple juice
- 1 tbsp minced ginger
- 1 tbsp minced garlic

Ingredients

- Big Poppa Smokers Jallelujah Jalapeno Seasoning
- Montana Outlaw BBQ Chicken Rub
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/2 bag Kosmos Q Kickin' Cajun Wing Seasoning
Instructions
- Season in a bowl with Jallelujah seasoning and Montana Outlaw BBQ Chicken rub in a bowl, toss to coat.
- Smoke wings at 300° for 45 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 160°.
- Combine flour and Kosmos Q Kickin' Cajun Wing Seasoning.
- Toss wings in flour mixture.
- Fry in canola oil heated to 350°, until wings are golden brown
