Ingredients
  

  • Potatoes cut into 1/2" cubes
  • Olive oil
  • Montana Outlaw BBQ Chicken Seasoning
  • Peppers diced
  • Onions diced

Instructions
 

  • In large bowl, toss potatoes, peppers and onions with olive oil and Montana Outlaw BBQ Chicken Rub.
  • Heat griddle or skillet and add potatoes, cook until crispy.
