We’re always in the mood for seafood! Not only does this salt & pepper shrimp taste phenomenal, but it’s also quick to make.
Salt & Pepper Shrimp
Ingredients
- Large shrimp
- 1/2 c parsley
- 1/2 c oil we used sunflower oil
- 1/3 c dry sherry
- 3 cloves garlic minced
- 2 tbsp fresh lime about 2 limes
- 1 tsp sea salt
- 1 tsp fresh ground pepper
Instructions
- Peel and devein shrimp.
- Coat shrimp with olive oil.
- Grill shrimp at 350° for about 5 minutes (until they turn pink/orange).
- Meanwhile, combine parsley, oil, sherry, garlic, lime juice, salt and pepper.
- Pour the sauce over the shrimp and toss to coat.
