Introducing “The Outlaw” – our completely custom-built pit, masterly fabricated for us by the folks at Outlaw BBQ Smokers.
This partnership was seeded at The Jack Invitational, where the best in the industry come together to share their passion for BBQ. Beyond the similarity in company names, we also have like company structures and values, making this a partnership built in pitmaster heaven. So, when we went looking for one-of-a-kind pit, we found the ultimate match with Outlaw BBQ Smokers.
The Build
Construction took about 6 weeks to complete. In every phase of the build, the unparalleled focus and skill of Outlaw BBQ Smokers master craftsmen is evident. The experienced team takes such pride and precision in their builds that they don’t even grind their welds. We’re especially impressed by the machined stainless steel handle and the adjustable spring-loaded intake damper. Our smokers’ barrel is a custom 30” diameter by 60” long, made of 7 gauge steel.
The Wrap
Once the build was complete, the towable smoker was finished with a custom-designed wrap featuring our new logo and tagline. Watch for our signature flames and outlaw logo while on the road – it’ll be sure to turn heads!
The Finished Product
Thank you to the experienced team at Outlaw BBQ Smokers. We are thrilled to season and start smoking on this pit – and can’t wait to see what it can do. All aspects of our nearly one-ton, specialty-made smoker are second to none!
